Family Relations

Our mission is long term. Our goal is to see thousands of families, world wide, reinstituting the age-old practice of democratic parenting by holding regular Family Meetings and thus applying wisdom and love in a developmentally appropriate way. Our intent is to encourage replacing dysfunctional and abusive family life-styles with the esteem-building, communication-sponsoring, integrity-ennobling, solution-oriented process of consensual Family Conferences. We believe that this seemingly small and simple act of having Family Meetings will bring about rewarding and beneficial ramifications in every aspect of human life, from family relations to business and industry, from ethics at home to higher values in the civic and political arena, from individual family members to the greater community and beyond, from individual peace of mind to world-wide social stability.
